Summer card 2

Here's another summer card I made with the surf and turf stamp set.  I got the inspiration online.  The clouds are from mft.  I stamped on wish big which is from birthday tags from lawn fawn.  I think the crab is so cute! This is a perfect birthday card. The land I made is from mft die.  I think it's snowy hills or something.  It's perfect with the vellum acting as water.

Its the beginning of the heat and I'm starting to dream about the beach!  I've had my eye on the surf and turf stamp set from Paper Smooches for a while now and finally got my hands around them.  The images are so adorable on them.  I decided to try a shaker card so here is the result! 

I used my oval spellbinders die to make the opening of my card.  I wanted it off set so it would show a little more yellow and make it more fun. I used a combo of blue and aqua sequins from doodlebug to make it look more like ocean water!  I inked the edge of the blue paper with my prima jacket blue jay. I have so many of them it's about time I use them! 

I've got some shimmer on the fishies inside and voila! 

Wise owl

A quick little card with my paper smooches owl stamp. I love a soft green and wanted to use my pistachio green from stampin up.  Doodlebug's sequins finished up the card! 

I cut out a second set of eyes and popped them up with the nest. 

The brown is baked brown sugar from stampin up. I love their inks.

I just got my new greeting farm super secret stamp club in the mail!! So excited! It's Beauy from Beauty and the Beast. My favorite Disney princess : ) I can't wait to color her up!
